My Journey

1/1/25

Hello, I am Isabella. I love pugs more than I can say. I am here to share my journey of getting a pug of my own. It all began the spring of 2024. I was starting to consider getting a puppy for my 10-year-old rescue chihuahua mix, Simon. This time though, I wanted a pure breed dog. The only question I needed to find out was what breed.  I started looking for a breed that would match my lifestyle. Once I saw a pug picture in a book I knew I wanted one. But my love for pugs wasn’t so large. And I soon considered other breeds and forgot about pugs. This lasted for at most one month. But one day around June of 2024, I saw that same picture in the same book and remembered about pugs. And this time something happened. If you are reading this you know that anyone who gets a pug just doesn’t want a pug for no reason, it is something about the breed makes them fall in love with them in a way that I can put no words in. That is what happened to me. I also love their squishy face and their loyalty. I knew for sure that I would see a pug puppy sleeping on my lap and liking my face.

So in the end of August 2024, I started looking for a reliable breeder. Very quickly I found one. A good reliable breeder. But unfortunately I had other complications with the breeder and had to find another one.

I was very upset. But pugs are not worth going back on. All I had to do was find another breeder. And the end of December I found two. I got a backup in case one doesn't work out. But most likely we are going with the one with a mama pug with puppies on the way. The next Friday she told us that there are four puppies or more. I was filled will unmeasurable joy. Even though I would get my pug in April 2025, I knew the waiting was worth it. Come join me in my journey. Because it’s not over.

The Pug Puppy Was Born

1/29/25

Hi! I am going to proudly say that my pug, Finn, was born today! The breeder said there were five puppies in total, but there were only two males. One was five ounces and the other was six ounces. Since I had a choice, I chose the male that was six ounces. The bigger the healthier! Finn was born in the morning of today. (1/29/25). I didn’t get any information on if he was the first to be born or the last, but I am sure he was the best. Cannot wait to pick him up end of March! Now, the possibility of getting a pug is coming true!

Hi there! Finn is doing well. He is getting bigger every day. I am so proud of him. The breeder is wonderful and really takes care of the mama and her babies. He is over a week old and already 11 oz. Around Wednesday he will be two weeks old. Keep growing Finn! Stay tuned.

Almost Here!

3/21/25

Hello pug fans! I am only a week away from getting Finn, my pug puppy! He is getting so playful, and curious! I set up his playpen yesterday. Very good and high quality. The breeder said she will potty train him at her place. I wasn’t too worried on that because in general pug are easy to train. But that is good. Finn will come home ready for action! I would be so grateful if you subscribed to support us!

Welcome Home

3/28/25

Hi! Today was the day I get to see Finn in person and bring him home! He is so cute I love him already! He is a little shy, but I bet he will come out of his shell soon! With my dog Simon however… I don't think he know what that little ball of energy is yet. But when he knows him better he will enjoy having a little playmate around and something to look after. Finn loves his toys and our fingers to chew on! But I say, "No Finn,” and give him his favorite chew toy instead. Let's see him grow up!
